- All users must not manipulate clicks, referrals, or commissions through fraudulent activities.
- Affiliates and vendors are responsible for complying with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure guidelines, making it clear when promotions are financially incentivized.
5. Advertising & Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are required to follow these advertising and promotional guidelines:
- Prohibited from engaging in pay-per-click (PPC) bidding on EOAN's branded keywords.
- Must not use misleading or deceptive advertising practices.
- Social media advertising must comply with platform-specific rules and EOAN guidelines.
- All promotional materials must accurately represent the products and services being advertised.
6. Vendor Product & Service Compliance
Vendors must ensure that:
- Products and services are not fraudulent or misleading.
- All offerings meet the quality standards set by EOAN.
- Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations is maintained.
7. Payment & Commissions
- Affiliates earn commissions for valid, completed sales tracked through EOAN.
- Vendors agree to pay commissions only for legitimate transactions.
- EOAN reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud.
- Payments are processed bi-weekly, with minimum payout thresholds varying based on the selected payment method.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Engage in spammy marketing practices, including bulk unsolicited emails or misleading advertisements.
- Use fraudulent methods to generate commissions or manipulate tracking systems.
- Promote prohibited or illegal products.
- Employ cookie stuffing, ad fraud, or any deceptive techniques that artificially inflate performance metrics.
9. Termination & Suspension
EOAN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent, unethical, or prohibited activities.
